  • Ruben Izgelov

    Co-Founder of We Vest, Ruben is also a Principal at States Capital and We Lend. With a decade in real estate, he's managed over $500MM in property projects. States Capital offers short-term bridge loans, while We Lend provides investors with fast, efficient funding. Ruben holds a BS in Legal Studies from St. John’s University and a cum laude JD from Touro School of Law. His endeavors underscore his dedication to the industry.

  • Alexei Gorichev

    Founder of Apromaco, Alexei has made significant strides in the real estate sector. He's responsible for establishing a 400,000 sqf office space in Novosibirsk, Russia, and developing a nationwide family entertainment chain with seven venues. Overseeing properties valued at $180M, one of his hallmark transactions includes the renowned “Lehman Art Mansion” at 7W54ST NY NY 10019.
